UX, VUI, and Visual Design
Note: I was a key part of many Voice UX designs for a variety of clients while I worked for Intrado Corporation from 2017 to 2020. My work under Intrado is under Non-Disclosure Agreements, and so I am not permitted to share certain aspects of that work here (including client names), nor do I have the original files I designed. However, I have recreated some of that work to display an overview of those designs. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss a project in greater detail.
VUI Design (IVR) - Awaiting Writeup
I was a major part of the design and improvement of a major US cable company's IVR system, and my biggest client. The focus of this project was creating a quick way for certain users to make a bill payment. The recreated design is here, and a writeup (like on the HR Service Line project) is coming soon.
VUI Design (IVR)
An NDA-friendly recreation of one of my original designs. This simple routing app is for internal use by the HR department at a large technology and communications company. It identifies a caller's needs and send him or her to the right agent, or voicemail box.

This recreation only explains the highest-level area of the design, and for the purpose of honoring my NDAs, it does not describe some of what happens behind the scenes, nor techniques that are proprietary to my employer at that time.
UX, Wireframe
PayPal is a popular app that has not yet been optimized for use on tablets. I created a wireframe that illustrates what a PayPal tablet optimization could look like.
UX, Branding, Visual Design
I turned a collegiate assignment into a viable business idea, and used it to display my skills interpreting a fictional brand into a bold, recognizable, consistent design, complete with business cards, envelopes, and letterhead.

Apple seeks to revolutionize the finance industry with its Apple Card, and so far it has tried to do so without the help of a web interface for account management. I created a wireframe to demonstrate what a web interface could look like.

Communications Work
During my tenure at PlayStation Universe, I wrote a number of articles about Sony's PlayStation console, and the video game industry from the view of a PlayStation fan, for publication at PSU.com. I reviewed games, covered events and new releases, reported on goings-on within the industry, and wrote opinion pieces.
